COTA WA is a registered charity and a Deductible Gift Recipient, so your donations not only make life a little better for seniors in need, but are also income tax deductible.
We have established a Gift Fund under our constitution, which states:
A Gift Fund, known as "Protecting Older Western Australians Gift Fund" shall be established and maintained for receipt of tax-deductible gifts. It's purpose is to provide direct relief of poverty, sickness, suffering, distress, misfortune, disability or helplessness to Western Australian Seniors.

Have you considered making a bequest to COTA WA?
Your gift bequest will make an enormous contribution to the long term planning for COTA WA. Bequests are usually directed to use at it's discretion. Such unencumbered gifts allow COTA WA the flexibility to use your gift wisley in areas on particualr need.
Alternatively, bequests can be directed to a specific area of COTA WA, such as a particualr program or project- active ageing services, peer educator support, publications, seniors' services, policy and advocacy services.
