COTA (WA) collects personal information of its members in connection with its role as a seniors organisation and to assist in providing services to members. In connection with this purpose, COTA (WA) may disclose that personal information to service providers, agents and contractors from time to time, which may include Insurance and Membership Service Pty Limited (ABN 59 057 159 743) ("IMS"). COTA (WA) may also disclose that personal information to third parties to facilitate their promotion of products or services directly to members. Those third parties may also include IMS in connection with its marketing of insurance products and services.

If you would prefer not to receive information concerning products or services of third parties including IMS, please let us know.

DISCLOSURE

Insurance and Membership Services Pty Ltd (IMS), which trades as COTA Insurance, may be able to provide insurance in respect of travel, Home, Contents, Motor Vehicle, Caravan and Landlords Insurance.

IMS is a separate entity from COTA (WA).

COTA (WA) receives a commission from IMS, equal to 6.5% of gross premium less government fees and charges (or $3 in respect of travel insurance) for each policy COTA Insurance sells to a COTA (WA) member or annual renewal of such policy.

COTA Insurance brochures and advertisements are produced by IMS.

COTA (WA) does not provide, endorse or otherwise take responsibility for any advice that may be contained in them.
